First you need a capture page, also known as a landing page.

This is a page that will simply contain an enquiry form. The enquiry form will  ‘capture’ your prospects’ details for future contact.

There are numerous free website providers to help you on your way; such as WIX and WordPress.com

Free websites do have restrictions on what you can do and how well they are favoured by Google and alike, but it is a starting point until such a time you can afford to pay for a hosted website that gives you greater control and functionality.

You will need an email marketing provider, such as Mailchimp. This is where you will store your prospects’ details and send out an automated follow-up series of emails.

 

 

Once your prospects enter their details you need to be able to provide them with some instant information.  This can be done through your enquiry form taking them to an information webpage/site or a company or personally record presentation video.

 

Both your follow-up emails and information/presentation pages need to lead your prospects to an application page.

And only then, now knowing they are wanting to get started, do you need to call them for a chat.

 

Using the above process to filter your prospects through to new starters will save you time and effort.  It will also ensure you only pick up the phone to speak to serious people, having already ruled out the tire kickers and time wasters.
