How To Process Your VivaMK Orders
After registering as a VivaMK distributor and getting orders from your family, friends, and neighbours you need to know how to process your VivaMK orders.
This video will show you how to process your VivaMK orders …
Receiving Your VivaMK Order
There is a 3pm cut-off time every working day (Monday through Friday) for receiving your order from VivaMK two working-days later.
For example: if you order at 2:30pm on Monday you will receive your VivaMK order on Wednesday.
When you receive your order from VivaMK there will be a delivery note inside the box detailing all the items sent.
Unpack the box contents and check all the items back to the delivery note.
Should there be any issues relating to the content of your order email distributorservices@vivamk.com immediately.
Bagging Up Your Orders
Now you have all the goods ordered by your customers you need to bag them up ready for delivery.
There are various ways to prepare your orders for delivery:
carrier bags – but it is advisable to use plain or VivaMK branded bags, not other company branded bags as this gives the wrong impression
catalogue bags
wrap the item in the order form, and use either sellotape or an elastic band to secure.
With every order you need to return the top copy of the order form to the customer as their receipt. This is very important so that they have your contact details should they want to return anything or maybe order more. If the customer only returned one copy of the order form you will need to photocopy it or write out another form for your records.
Delivering Your Orders
When you take your orders out for delivery it is advisable to take some change with you as it is unlikely your customers will have the right money for you.
Some distributors accept payment by cheque but as VivaMK do not have the facility for you to bank these to them you will need to have them made payable to yourself.
You can also accept payment by debit/credit card, but again this is something via your own bank account. I personally use the Sumup card payment machine >>> get yours here at a discounted price <<<
Balancing Your Payments To Your Orders
When you get back from delivering your orders it is always advisable to check the payments you have taken balance the orders you have delivered.
Once all your orders have been delivered you can then take your share of the money.
The commission rates vary depending on what products you have sold and also what type of distributor you are. Your invoice will show you the cost price paid for the goods. If you take the price paid by your customers and take off the cost price paid for the goods this will tell you the share of the money you get to keep.
